Fair Play Policy

1. If a match is cancelled by ClashPlay, users will be refunded the match fee to their wallets.
2. Users cannot cancel their entry after joining any paid match.
3. Failure to join a match before the scheduled start time makes users ineligible for a refund.
4. Using hacks, teaming up, or cheating will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of all rewards and withdrawals.
5. Use of multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and will lead to account bans.
