2. By participating in ClashPlay matches, users confirm they are above 18 years of age.
3. If any suspicious activity is detected, ClashPlay may disqualify, suspend, or block accounts. Pending rewards or withdrawals will be cancelled.
4. Using multiple IDs is strictly prohibited. Detected users will be permanently banned.
5. In case of technical glitches, matches may be cancelled. Refunds or re-matches will be offered accordingly.
6. If incorrect details are provided, the player forfeits their prize and no refund will be issued.
7. Use of hacks, mods, or emulators in restricted matches results in a permanent ban and forfeiture of earnings.
8. Exploiting glitches will result in disqualification and no rewards for the affected match.
9. Participants must join matches on time. Failure due to personal issues won't be refunded.
10. If auto-kicked, valid proof (error screenshots) must be submitted to request a refund.
