Return & Cancellation Policy

1. If killed by a hacker or cheater, the joining amount will be refunded to the wallet.
2. If a match is cancelled due to server issues, the joining amount will be refunded.
3. Failure to enter the match on time makes the user ineligible for a refund.
4. Using hacks or teaming up results in account suspension and loss of withdrawals.

Cancellation Policy

1. If any match is cancelled by ClashPlay, the user will receive a full match fee refund.
2. Users cannot cancel their entry once they have joined a paid match.
